Shipping Information

We ship our curated home decor products globally, excluding Asia and a few select remote regions.

Order Processing: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare your order for shipment.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Your order will typically arrive within 10-15 business days after it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS. Your order will typically arrive within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

You will receive a tracking notification via email once your order is on its way, so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Our Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be utterly delighted with your Chic Home Decor purchase. If an item isn’t perfect for your space, we offer a simple returns and exchanges process for most products within 15 days of receipt.

Please Note: Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health and wellbeing of all our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following product categories:

  • Candles & Diffusers: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot resell these once the sealed packaging has been opened.
  • All Bathroom Furniture & Children’s Furniture: We are unable to accept returns on these items due to their personal nature and hygiene considerations.
  • All made-to-order or customised items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Eligibility: To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached. You will also need your original proof of purchase.

Step 2: Wait for Instructions
Our team will review your request and email you within 2 business days with approval and specific instructions on where to send your return. Please do not send the item back without these instructions.

Step 3: Ship the Item
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, include a copy of your proof of purchase, and ship it to the address we provide. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged or incorrect item). We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service for your peace of mind.

Step 4: Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email notification. We will then process your exchange or refund.

Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment.

  • For refunds to Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) & PayPal: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed by our team and then appear on your account or statement. The timing depends on your card issuer’s or PayPal’s policies.

Please note that the original cost of standard shipping is non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, a standard shipping fee (£12.95) may be deducted from your refund total.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please indicate this in your request. For exchanges to a different product, the fastest method is to return the original item for a refund and then place a new order on our website for the desired item.
